    I bought my LED light bar from EG-Motors too. It came from China to Texas in 3 days. They are a reliable store. Mine is super bright, but I have the CREE version, which is a better LED bulb than the epistar you are looking at. It will cost more, but it will be much brighter.
    As for the behind the grill mounting kit, you will need to study(I think a 32 will be too long), what will fit and then get something like this:

    correction. for behind the bumper, I believe Rigid makes some mounts like this one:
