I plan on buying a DCLB trd sport with 265/75/16 dura tracs and I want to get the ome kit. I just don't know what options to choose for it to get a 2inch lift with no rake. I know the 884s give less lift but will I get alot of sag without front weight. I originally wanted to get the Dakars but I heard they give 2.75 of lift I could only find one source so I'm not sure weather or not that's true.

884's in the front, AAL in the rear. And if the front is a little low with just the 884's, snag a 1/4" top plate spacer kit for an extra 3/8-1/2" of lift.

So you don't think the 884s will make my suspention 2 soft? I saw on the toytec site that depending on how many leafs you have you may need a different aal does that affect the height or is it the same for both aal?

OME complete kit w/ 885s on Nitrocharger Sports, 1/4" spacers, Dakars w/ Nitrocharger Sports, LR UCAs, 265/70-17, Duratracs, G4 Elite tonneau, Weathertech Window Deflectors, Weathertech digital floor liners, factory JBL/Entune, rear differential breather relocate.
Front weight would cause sag, not reduce it. Not sure what you're asking there. I'm sure 884s will get you about what you're looking for. 885s would get you closer to 2.5" of lift up front.

For dakar numbers, check this thread out. For more info on the OME kits, this is a great thread too.

What I was getting at was is will a DCLB be too heavy for the 884 I just worded it horrible haha. Should i get the ome aal or do you have a specific one in mind.

Ahh, gotcha. I don't think the weight of the DC would be an issue as long as you're ok with less lift. The OME AAL was made specifically for their own Dakar kit, not for the stock leafs I believe. Not sure about Canada but places like Toytech and Wheeler's Off Road sell AALs made to work with the stock leaf packs.

Is there a reason why you want to cap it at 2"? You could do 885s and a 1.5" AAL and be sitting pretty good. Shouldn't need to worry about new UCAs either.

Well I just don't like the look of a 3inch with 265s so I was thinking a bit shorter.

Gotcha. I think it looks good with some decent off road tires but not with street tires. Mine are only 265s and I don't think they look too bad. I don't want to cut my truck up or use wheel spacers so I'm not going any bigger.

Yea I don't want to cut up my truck either I'm probably just going to get billies all around and level out the front and if I want more lift later on just get an aal and eibach coils.
