I had two visits to the dealer both before and after getting a new rack and tie rods installed and both times they couldnt align the truck. I know the second time they didn't trim the inner/ outer tie rods which is detailed in the PC install guide (but they didn't know that & I didnt say anything)
I knew I was already pulling the trigger on the TC heimed UCA after researching them, so I just moved fwd with the purchase. After the install I took my truck to an alignment shop known for aligning lifted trucks and after they trimmed my inner/outer ties they were able to set it right. I had issues with Toe and Camber that were all resolved by a tie rod trim and the TC Heimed UCA.

If I was you I would make sure that the tie rods arent bottoming out and causing your issue. If you still cannot align the truck then you may just want to purchase the UCA. The heimed TCs are 800$ and In the end Im glad I went with them.
    Good luck :)

[IMG] You can see the difference between the bilstein's and Icon coilover's and they do make a big difference in ride quality, don't try to go cheap because in the end its's a waste of money buy quality coilovers you will not regret it.

    Can't wait.

I didn't get one yet.....I'm still not sure which one so I said fuck it i'll wait till next May then make up my mind.

From a new cell phone to a badass trailer I always research like hell. Weigh pros n cons etc.

I always make sure and quadruple check shit all the time before I buy stuff. Always been that way.

It pays off though. My lift, wheels n tires I got for a steal back in the day (and my new tires) so it pays off being anal.:D
