Had my first canopy for my F150 painted a couple of years ago at Maaco for 200 bucks. Just bought new Taco in November. Found a black canopy. Picked it up and dropped it at the same Maaco. Charged me 250 bucks this time. Did a fine job. Well worth it over buying a brand new canopy. Cost me 600 for the snugtop and 250 for paint. New price on the snugtop was 2200 bucks so I'm doin a happy dance.
You can check out the pics of the completed job at my picture posts.

The first one was painted in 2002. Yes, it held up till last fall when I sold the rig. The sand the top prior and clearcoat it after. Paint is probably better than the soft crap on my truck.
