Will a hood from a TRD PRO Fit on a 2016 TRD OFF ROAD? Also I need recommendations for where to find After Market Hoods for my 2016 TRD OFF ROAD. I would absolutely love a hood that resembles a Raptor hood.

It will fit. You can try your luck with trading with someone that has a trd sport. There's a trade thread where you can post your details in 3rd gen market place.

I didnt realize that the Pro and the Sport had the same hood. I basically want something different. I will find something I like if I decide to keep the truck.

No, I hate it! I had 2003 and 2007. Both had 4L 5 speeds. I am a farmer and my 2007 was a totally bad ass truck with a ton of power. This truck will not pull a fart out of a wet paper bag. It shifts at way too low of RPM. When I am running down the interstate and need to get on it, it lags way to long and then it shifts 3-4 times so quickly that it has to be doing damage somewhere. When I pull out of my driveway it shifts 3-4 times and is running at such a low rpm at such a low speed. Mine is a 2016 TRD OFF Road with 20k miles. I am going to go back to an F150. It seems to me that every other truck manufacturer is increasing its HP while toyota is castrating there Tacoma. I have a small boat for trout fishing and this truck will not even pull it in the Mountains while my old 2007 would pull a huge seed wagon that was way to big for it. It would not stop the seed wagon, but at least it would pull it.

Well I may end up keeping it as a work truck. I am just disappointed in it. However I am sure if there is not already one, there will be a reprogramming fix for it. I have never chipped/reprogrammed a truck, so I know nothing about it. However I will say that even with the shifting and power problems, I still believe it is the best built small off road truck.

Sounds like you need to use the ECT button.

Have you tried the ECT button? if you like that you can mod it to stay on permanently or get a module.

OP you might want to sit in a few trucks with a scoop hood first. The nose is already hard to determine where the front of the truck is, the scoop bulge magnifies this.

If you think you hate your truck now, you might hate it more by decreasing forward visibility.

Don't grandpa the gas pedal, use ECT or try the sport shift. I pretend it's a 4 cyl. and it has a lot of balls.

So, did you not test drive it before you bought it?

If you want a farm truck, you should be using a fullsize. Tacomas just aren't made for that. At a minimum, trade the auto for a standard and never have to fret about shifting again.
