That would be a goal along with lockers front and rear and maybe a regear someday. Good looking install

Door seals: can't find the exact thread I referenced before the project. Refer to the TSB weather seals in this thread:

Picked up some closed-cell auto/marine weatherstrip from Lowes. Ran it between the door and factory weatherstripping from the upper corner down to about the top of the mirror brackets.

Flatted a tire with a screw picked up at the lumber yard. Fortunately I noticed the wap, wap, wap of the head before getting on the freeway and pulled over to swap in the spare.

What do you do with your black fenders and bumpers and grill? They're so black. Mine are faded and gray. Identical trucks. I love what you have going on with yours.

Thanks man! Honestly nothing really, and it parks outside most of the year. Put some quick wax on it during the summer that's about it.

you started your wish list yet? its super easy and only takes like a year and a half to put together with a couple other guys that flake from time to time... I'm slowing pulling fuel out in boost and it is picking up some power each time, I'm pretty happy where it is but I know that there is more in it. my normal driving fuel trims are still a little hit and miss and start up is kinda wonky on e85 when it is freezing out side but all in due time

I've started a list of what I think I want, but its more than likely going to change between now and then. I have been leaning more towards a Magnuson S/C vs going turbo just because I don't think I have the fab skills needed to get a turbo setup dialed in the way I would want it to be.. I also plan to tow in the future with the truck occasionally, so I feel like the lower end torque that the S/C provides would serve me well. As it stands, here are the plans..

    Magnuson S/C w/ 2.85 pulley
URD Stage 3 Clutch w/ lightweight flywheel
    URD Hydro TOB upgrade
Doug Thorley long tube headers or URD headers
Some sort of performance exhaust, but I haven't decided which one yet..

I sometimes question not going with the 52 mm turbo instead of the 56 so it would have started spooling faster but it starts at 2700 rpms and I'm at full boost (7.5 psi) at just over 3k and if I were towing those spool numbers would drop because I would be under a load, and if I kick it in 4th gear I could prolly still cruise flat ground just out of boost... I'm sure ill find out this summer when I start pulling a boat
