sounds like i need to fix something on my truck cause im in the 200-204. still need to find where this chirping/squealing is coming from. its not the throwout bearing. only happens when the clutch is out and it feels normal. im thinking its the drive shaft probably the double u-joint

The bleeder valve on the clutch slave cylinder. If I am not mistaken I think you are talking about zerk fittings?

Mine cracks 200 also. But I'm in Phx and it's 114 degrees. You know its dam hot when you get in your truck at noon, for the first time of day and the temp gauge already is ready temperature.

Haha, your “yes” means that you sew?

If so, I’d like to pick your brain for finding the best material suppliers for that sort of stuff.

Upper/Lower Ball Joints. Inner/Outer Tie rods, Stabalizer Bar Links, an all Rack and Pinion Bushings. I have a job ahead of me. All of these MOOG parts are stamped "555" Same if not better than OEM in my opinion. All greasable.

Use to sew. Can't any more because of a jacked up left hand. I always use a local company for all my materials.

I had completely flushed my whole system. Pulled the radiator and ran the hose through it then stuck the hose into the block and flushed all of that as well. Took a bit of time but it was easy work.

Some of the corners are chipped off , I’m wondering if I should just get a replacement or install as is since i hate dealing with returns

I think they're for cooling the stuff inside of it so if you live in a super hot area that would probably make the most difference - I hear you about not wanting to wait. Little hang ups make these things take forever to complete.
