I think it will still need to be on it's side since the height of the box is only 16" and I think even those 11lb tanks are still the same 17"+ tall as the 20lb tanks.

Just cut the propane tank down and jb weld it back together, problem solved ...not that it won't produce another problem

 

Cut a hole in the bottom, take some steel pipe and cut a piece to make up for the height difference and weld and seal it to the bottom.

I'm aware of 2 TSBs that are resolved by updating the ECU/tranny computer code.

They are both the same update also, you only need to state one of those issues to get the most recent update. Technically any of the older flashes now update to the most recent. Toyota will not let you upload an out of date ecu flash.
