What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

@Georgeth1022 Does your hood touch the cooling panel at all? I have the same thing and the part where the cooling panel bends down on each end touches the hood.

Replaced my original spark plugs last night at my dad’s shop. 70k on the odo. Out with the NGK and Densos, in with Densos from the parts counter at my local dealership.

I forgot how nice it was to wrench indoors.. and with heat..

 

Finally got my 17" Sema Black rims and 265/70R17 KO2's installed. Very smooth ride....

 

I put my stupid ass skid plate back on

Just made a second key for my truck. I got the key off Amazon a while ago, just to find out it can't be programmed like all other Toyotas. I read another post in here about https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UUOTNZ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_pNM4BbR588D1J

Unless the product has been redesigned make sure you check to see if there are any rubbing issues with the panel. I had some chaffing marks where the panel scratched through to bare metal over time. I ended up trimming the panel in a few key places and touching it up with black paint. I love the look of the panel and still happy I purchased it.
