That's not entirely accurate...

 

The excess powder coat in the inside of a few parts (half a dozen at the most), does not make it an inferior part. In addition, we didn't knowingly send them out. All parts are delivered to us in plastic sleeves, and we simply didn't notice it.

A few other other customers had the issue and they simply popped the excess chunk of powder out and completed the install without issue.

 

Our email is plastered all over our website. We are the most responsive company you will EVER deal with. He never emailed us once.

This customer simply made passive aggressive remarks in his instagram story. He never messaged us. He never gave any opportunity to help. Everything he said was after the fact.

 

All of our racks work with hard cover tonneau covers.

Pointing out inferiority with a thumbs down symbol isn’t passive aggressiveness it’s an expression of disappointment when you pay for something with hard earned dollars to get something you expect to be of high quality.

 

It's passive aggressive when you post about it on social media but don't actually contact the company so they can help you.

How are we supposed to help you when you don't contact us?????

 

There was no help needed.would you have mailed me install instructions,flown in and sealed up the gap, modified the brackets to fit properly, come and knocked out the powder coat, fit my tent the way it’s supposed to be done by the manufacturer of the tent? Nah. Could’ve told me to mod all these myself and said that you’ve never had any problems before or complaints from anyone aside from me.

 

I appreciate the ingenuity, but this still isn't a workable solution. It makes your cover a semi-permanen fixture. Alternatively, I'd love to see a bed-rail mounted option, where some fold-up and roll-up tonneau could still be utilized as intended.

KBVooDoo basically responds to emails in minutes if not hours to any email I’ve ever sent. I’ve read some QC issues with regards to something being “perfect” or not, but all my parts work like they’re supposed to. They also provide rack systems that nobody else does! Happy they’re around...

 

What would the load rating be for these?
