Since everyone has different desires/objectives/brand preferences I do not offer "generic" enclosures rather I custom build each one for the specific application. This makes it difficult for me to post pricing since I use a formula similar to what I use when I build cabinets. I know a lot of you have your systems from me posted in your build logs however I would like to ask that you post them here as well with pictures so others can easier see some of the different designs I have done (if you are unable to post pictures please send them to me so I can post them). When you do post pictures please give a little synopsis of the gear you are using and your opinion of that gear which may also benefit others in their hunt for great sound in their truck!

For those interested in a certain design please contact me directly and reference the post # of the design you are interested in.

CLICK HERE for information on ordering speaker adapters and l will start another thread soon with current pricing for the Hybrid Audio Technologies Speakers I carry as well as Zed Audio Amplifiers I now have available.

I also have numerous other lines of car audio equipment available (you'll have to call on those as I don't have my "real" website up yet) and offer installation near Monterey Ca when I can find the time.

Thanks and I will start it off with a few in my next post...

These are just some examples of designs I have done and if you have something else in mind just let me know so I can design it for you!

BTW, please feel free to post a link to this thread for those interested in having me build an enclosure! Thanks!

what is the max depth for a sub in the dbl cab. (just wondering)

i have an access cab and id like to move the sub (boston g5) to a diff box (ported) that is not on the seat behind me. i posted some ideas in another thread but that would prob require a lot of cutting and fabing of the rear seats. ill try to find the posts and link them

Nice post Marv, lots of good ideas, I had no idea of the short box set ups, I am going to hit you up soon for one of those.

    Thanks! : )

Thanks and we just need to put the finishing touches on so we can get it packed up! :) BTW, did you order adapters too? (I found a set with no name on them but I'm not sure if they were just an accidental duplicate or if they actually go to somebody.)

Maximum sub depth on a DC is around 5.75" however it depends on the basket shape/diameter as well as magnet shape/diameter .

I didn't, but I was actually considering calling you to get a quote on a set! What size are they, and what's your going rate for them?

I made the set I'm using now, and they aren't awful, but they aren't near the quality they would be if you all did them either.

Feel free to PM me, or call me if you don't want to clutter up your thread!

    [edit]
Also, your CLICK HERE link at the top for a link to ordering adapters, is broken. It just jumps you to the top of the TW forums. Just FYI.

also how important are capacitors? I saw a pic on this thread of a tube shaped something, which i believe is a capacitor. are they necessary? do people usually use just one big one, or are there smaller ones?

sorry i forgot to search this topic before posting, so if there are a million things about it already, just point me in the right direction
