There is NO DOUBT about that. It already has. People on this forum get it. That's why I'm NOT banned here...can't say the same for....won't go there. Bob and the mods here know genuine from fake or else I wouldn't have made it here as an exclusive vendor. Ask yourself why the name of you know who doesn't exist int the vendors section and mine does. That says a lot right there. It isn't easy and you have to prove yourself to NOT be a cheat because the people on this forum come FIRST before anyone or any vendors. Anyways, I'm not into rag talking about anyone, so this topic won't go on because that's not how I base my business principles on...and again, can't say the same for others. Hater will hate, you're darn right about that! But as long as it's not customers or forum members, I couldn't care less!

I also found this remote start kit on Amazon and surprised there are not more comments or opinions about it here.

Here are your comments and opinions...factual:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ng-n2-to-amazon-ebay-sellers-products.594689/

You don't see too many comments and opinions because only a handful are either taking the risk, or just haven't thought about it. It's a buyer beware thread on this guy's stuff...you buy at your own risk from Amazon or eBAY. The manufacturer does not support you or warranty you. As an authorized dealer like myself, we are explicity told we are NOT allowed to sell on 3rd party market places like that or we get CUT. We can sell online via our own web domain and market out from there (i.e. why I'm the exclusive vendor here on Tacoma World). This amazon seller can pull his listing at any time, and there is no way to get a hold of him should he lock up shop and disappear for a while, or forever. Your receipt is no good for support or warranty, and the seller openly admits he's NOT an authorized dealer. Doesn't send you cleaned up harnesses, uses other established business names (me being one) as search keywords to re-direct unsuspecting folks to him via desperate effort. So save $30 and risk spending it all over again is the question or spend the extra $20-$30 and sleep well at night?

Not to mention his ebay store sells beanies and lawn chairs...what a focused business model...must be a renaissance man of all things sell-able!

Don't be fooled. If you need immediate support, what's his immediate toll free number or form of contact? I doubt you want to go back n forth via emails while your vehicle is open and you're in a rush for sunlight to get it done...things to consider. Some folks think that's worth the savings...most don't.

You put it on yet? Would love to hear how it went and if you need anything PM me, I'll give you my personal cell, I take calls and texts on weekends, anytime. Heck even holidays for that matter...and once a funeral, and while my wife was in the labor and delivery ward about to give birth to my second son, I stepped out to go to an "extended rest room break" but don't tell my wife.

Haha that’s awesome. I will be putting it on this Wednesday when I finally get a day off. Instructions are super detailed and it looks pretty straight forward. I’ll take pics during the install to put on here.

So I got impatient and installed the starter in the 30 minutes I had left before dark. This was extremely easy to install. If I was to give one suggestion, it would be to simply make sure pictures and wording were lined up together on the same page rather than looking on the backside of it. If that’s the only negative I have with not being a very handy person to begin with. This product is awesome. Programming was super easy, it really only took me 30 minutes to install this and that was taking my time. Sorry I did not get pictures, but the ones you had in the instructions were good enough. I strongly suggest anyone to order this product.

I would totally do this if I didn't have to cut that TPMS wire.

Not a fan of permanent "mods" while vehicle is still under warranty.

Question for you guys, if the device fails, can you still start the vehicle normally with the key?

I'd be worried about that device failing and not being able to start my truck.

    Just a thought.

I went with an N2 and install was super simple. The product works as they advertise and shipping was super fast. Couldn't be happier with his product.

No cutting necessary to install this n2designs remote. It is literally plug and play like 7 wires.

I have an H key and TPMS, and from what I've seen you do need to cut the TPMS wire to interrupt.

If you have push button start, you don't need to cut anything.

It's a silly thing to worry about, but I really don't want to cut anything lol...

In your setup, you could always reverse the install and no one would know.

You can still start it. It's pass-through in parallel :);)
Creating a whole harness, sourcing OEM connectors, for a single wire adds cost, and time...none of which I want to do to my customers.

This is a correct statement. I give you tool-less connectors which you can use to re-connect the TPMS wires should you remove the kit for any reason.
