Would the sua also lower the ride height?

SUA typically is about 1-2 inches of height depending on the set up over stock. With what you got now it might down a little bit.

E30's will give you 2-3" of lift to keep you up with the front - f67's will sag - I'll take a pic when I get home of what the e30's look like w/o anything in the bed w/ 0 miles. You could do the same thing @Anthony250 did which wouldn't be much more than you're doing with the new springs.

What’s the ride like sua compared to soa? Any noticeable differences?

Just talked with a buddy who’s a welder/fab guy it’s looking like the bed cage isn’t as unattainable as I’d thought, now I gotta figure out a low profile design to try and keep as much bed space as I can

Biggest determining factor in what the cage will be like is whether you go with a Tundra axle with the shocks outside of the frame or inside the frame with the stock axle. There's some other good examples, but you can see a few here:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/bedcage-thread.263850/

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/bed-cages-pics-please.192416/

Most are 2nd gens, so take it with a grain of salt.

the rack poking through looks like it's coming out of a crack in a granite cliff - glad it's home made looking to inspire confidence lol.

You have those photos you were talking about? My decision is to go ahead with the sua and swap the swayays out for kings until the plan and money for the rest of the rear comes together
