    :hattip:

Thank you, I just don’t think I have too many “unique” (my own ideas) mods. Most of them have been from the TW community.

I have REALLY run out of interior, electrical, and sound mods. Pretty much done them ALL.:rofl::rofl:

Collecting and documenting information from others as executed by you, that’s creating value. Check out @BudFriendguy ’s little blue truck build thread for an excellent example of that.

Top shelf for sure. It'd be difficult at best to find a professional installer to equal the install quality that you did. Those installers are out there but they're few and far between.

I wouldn't expect anything less from a Navy diver. Go Navy!

I definitely took my time and went little by little.

IMHO, most shops out there would’ve charged me an arm and a leg, and they would break shit and half-ass the install. Just get paid, get me out of there, and move on to the next sucker.:)

    beautiful work!

i would love to see a build thread that goes into more detail on your processes/wiring/routing used. those look like custom rca's? dayton rca ends? what interconnect wiring did you use for those?

i need the bed, so a blowthrough doesn't work for me, but i'm putting things in place to start building my setup hopefully as soon as it starts warming up in the spring-- same deal, i'm tearing the entire interior out and starting from the floorboards up!

RCAs are Stinger 9000’s. As for a build thread, I’m working on one.

Not laughing AT you, laughing because if I go through this again my wife will probably leave me for good. You have no idea how long and time consuming this was.

Trying to find time between work and family time is pretty difficult.

Look, I really never done anything like this before. Never been in the car audio installing business. I’m just a regular guy that knows enough to be dangerous and easily get in trouble.

You can do it yourself and you’ll see how awesome is when you finish and you see what you just accomplished

I can totally understand how time consuming this must have been. From planning and prep to install and fine tweaking, I'll bet it was a slow process. Even for an audio shop dedicated to working on it in a timely fashion it would so long. I do plan on adding a 12" w/ an amp after I do my headunit around tax time, so I'll be ripping out the back portion for sound dampening but probably not the rest. At the very least I just want behind the sub covered. Anyways, impressive, and congrats on your hard work!

Just finished this up last week. Tore the whole interior out and lined with SoundSkin + Dynaliner/Dynapad.

No kidding... small world. Rob's a good dude to work with and very professional. Originally I wanted to make this a sealed enclosure but I had a change of heart as the box started getting glued together. He helped me finish it out when I decided to cut a port hole in at the last minute. We made it work. You can't see in the pics but it has a down firing 3" port straight into the storage box below.

    So, you’re local?

I spent a lot of time in his shop during the mucking and building of the box.

    I’m in Bartlett.

Actually, after seeing the second/bottom picture, the one of you box outdoors - I see that’s right outside his shop:thumbsup:

I just drove down from Louisville to pick it up. We talked for a few while I was there, he had a leaky spigot that he was working on, so I didn't stay long.

Come to think of it... you're the guy he was telling me about with the blow thru cab! Just saw the pics of that in the thread...WOW. That setup is on another level. Lots of dynamat in yours too, I see.

Here's some more pics of mine...
