    :pccoffee: Good Morning Porch SA! Well, it works. The phone App doesn't, but that isn't a necessity, and I will get to that when I feel like moving stuff out of the way again. Like, when I go fix the temped up doors soonly. I am impressed that it's much quieter than me just opening and closing it by hand! So, sprayed on white grease, and it got really quiet. When I put that attic door right where I needed this thing years back, I remember I said "I will never need to put in a garage door opener!"
    Go get some bloodwork done, late breakfast, and I'm going to clean sunroom windows and get in the pool when I get hot.

    My mom and pa came by and dropped off some caldo de res (Mexican beef stew) and medicine for me... They made sure my girls and boy are okay. They told me to eat and then they ran me off the farthest room of my house lol.

    Do you have electricity/water well out there?
    I would lock in a drill company, most are 6 to 8 months out.

    Yes sir, I haven't priced rock for roads since the fuel spiked, but I was paying $380 an 18 wheeler load est. 22 tons I need atleast 30 truck loads. I haven't found a concrete company yet to even digest that, lol.
