I don't like dehydrated grapes in the first place. I'm certainly not going to spoil a perfectly good breakfast with them.

Though I don't sous-vide because I'm not a fan of the plastic stuff, so I can whittle that one out lol

 

I wouldn’t NOT eat the cinnamon rolls, but I’d prefer without.

However, please don’t put raisins in your potato salad.

At first I thought that was pineapple on the rib steak. Going teriyaki.

 

I actually did that for some slow-cooked pork a few weeks back, with brown sugar, soy sauce, came out with a nice pulled kalua pork.

But not steak. Pineapple doesn't go on steak.

What is not to like?

 

Tri-tip. 5 hours in the smoker at 250 using mesquite. Came out perfect. Never wrapped. Not overly smoky. Left the fat cap on. Will probably cut it off next time, didn't need the fat. This Traeger is starting to pay for itself.

Thanks! We're a rare to med-rare family, so it was perfect for us too. Not overcooked, but juuuust enough to begin emulsifying the fat.

 

This is the way..

 

I grew up with well done london broils, but the old lady and I met working at a steak house. I have since learned.

 

Steaks still mooing, burgers at least mid well, preferred well done.
