did you ever figure this out? i might have the same thing...i see a dry cracked end of same hose dangling under my tcase...i hope to clip the end of it off where split and get it back on nipple on top? kind of nervous because i wheel deep water, but truck as shifts and goes into 4wd fine. hope i can access it, the fact you got a pic of the top of tcase give me hope though
