I can help you out with the install. I am originally from DC but I live in Bowie.

I doubt if the process can be quicker for a do it yourself install but I do know how to do the measurements and what needs to be done.

So not to be TOO nooby, but when you install the snorkle, you still keep the stock air box correct? If not what filter do you run?

3 options, 1 run the stock air box and get a custom piece of pipe to join the two. 2, run CAI with a custom reducer and piping. 3 get the stock airbox, trim the end and get a silcon adapter.

This is my favorite ! I really liked how he ran the pipe and insulated, my only issue was I needed the space for a second battery and my engine bay is a little different.

This is the way I would suggest if u have the room. Great Job os!

Ya I hear ya. I live at Big White Ski resort year round. Its at 5700ft above sea level. Lots of snow. Nice that Kelowna and the large lake is half hour away. I was just down there today and it was sunny and 14 degrees.

Here is a picture from last week from my berry. we got about a foot in 6 hours.

So you will see the grass for summer June 21st then it will start snowing again on July 5th ? I used to live in New England and thought that was bad. Now I remember why I stayed in Florida when I got out of the Air Force back in 1981.

Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
Yesterday I changed the oil for my 60K change, and lightly pressure washed all the mud and junk out of my engine bay. Next time I have some time, its new spark plugs and cleaning my air filter and replacing the cabin air filter. Hopefully a wash, clay bar and wax day is in my truck's near future too, hasnt been waxed since last summer. :(

Did a couple small things last Sunday and this Sunday. Last Sunday(as posted it the Sockmonkeys army thread) I put on my new bedside decals.

    2011-04-10_14-30-58_342_f7733205428fe7d3a1f77a2405113229b5a7b890.jpg

Also put on my Craven Speed stubby antenna.

Today I installed 2 Army Surplus D rings at the front corners of the bed so I have one at all 4 corners. Also wanted a box of some sort to keep tools and other gear in the back, but didn't want a normal standard tool box like everyone puts in I wanted something I could take out easily so I can throw the tonneau back on for the winter so I picked up one of these from Lowes. Bought one of those cable locks to and put it through one of the D rings to keep people from easily stealing it. Doesn't look pretty but it works.

Also put some black X-Runner Tacoma badges on my doors. Forgot to get pics. Was too lazy to paint and get new emblem tape haha.
