I got mine off e-bay, but I don't remember the seller's name. I don't have the same lights that you are looking at - I have a 1st gen and I got smoked lights instead of black with crystal clear lenses. Anyway, the information shown on the e-bay page looks familiar.
The lights are cheap, but I am satisfied.
I did not have to seal them as suggested above. I have seen others complaining about fogging, but I have not experienced it.

i wonder if they are prone to the condensation as are alot of ebay headlights. i will second the silicone idea.

I have not had any problems and I have had mine for a while now through rain, hot, cold (Florida cold:)) etc. weather, but I guess it would not hurt to seal them just to be sure so you do not have to go back and do it later.

Wow I never ran past those before. So those are basically like BHLM heads already done for you with black reflectors. That's kinda cool. Might've gotten those instead of my heads if I would've seen those earlier.

I got some off eBay and gambled on them not leaking. Two days later one of them was filled with water. All siliconed up and will go back on tomorrow. Hope it holds.
