    do the 170's and the 240's have the same main base? Is the only difference the screw on lens? If so, my dads work truck has a set of 240's that I could "borrow" the lenses for to see how crazy the output would be... :spy:

    You know..im not 100% sure actually..but..i think sorta yes..I mean the actual base would have to be a tad higher then the 170s since is like a 9'' light.

    did you retro fit HIDs? or get the HID kit?

    I retro'd them. Pulled out the halogen bulb, dremmeled a hole out to fit the h4 bulb, cut a hole in the back of the main base for the wires and sealed it up with a grommet, then drilled and tapped a couple holes on either side of the bulb. Attached the bulb to the heatsink with two screws and lock washers and that's about it.

    coming soon..21'' LED bar...2

    so as of now..18 aux lights haha

    and then ill add like 6 or 8 rock LED lights..

    then ill be done with lights i think..for now..:anonymous:

    Hmmm, an interior lighting mod that is actually useful.

    It would be nice to have light(s) that can switch back and forth between white and red. My wife and I are ordering a teardrop trailer, and they had a bunch of LED lighting options. One was a dome light that switched between white and red. Hell, I think this should be standard in all vehicles. OK, maybe not golf carts, but still.
