Is anyone here really into bikes? Looking for a frameset for the Raleigh Tripper (or Roper or Furley, I think they are the same except for color) for a project.

So far we've only found built bikes. :( Does Raleigh not sell frames & forks?!

Another similar frameset would also be totally fine, but price point is an issue. This one is great but after buying a fork and all components it's more than the budget:

That's the greatest idea ever. They can sit there and wallow in each other's tears.

Well here's the funny thing. She works at a law firm as a go-fer. Ya know, the person that fills the water cooler, wipes down tables in the conference room, fills toilet paper, straightens paper clips, stuff like that. The owner of the law firm is...

    now wait for it.....

    HER BOYFRIEND #2!!!

She tells him how this woman picks on her yet that woman is not fired nor reprimanded for doing this to the employees! She tells him that she wants to quit and wants another job but does he refer her to his cronies who own other law offices??? NOOOOooOOooOooOooo

Honestly I would never do it, regardless of the ponies. It's great to fap over, and looks really well done. But weight distribution, wiring grimlins, custom parts, losing a real 4wd....bleh. All bullshit IMO.
My goal is to make the most dependable rig I possibly can with replacement parts readily available....lord knows my truck has been on jack stands almost as much as it's been on wheels mostly all due to me overdriving the truck. For now...I'll just keep upgrading the weak links I inevitably discover. :bananadead:

Thank you Cody. You gave me a good reason to go downstairs and get another beer from the fridge. But does this answer your question. :turtleride:

OMG how did I miss this?

I'm sure that you can buy just a frame but you have to contact Raleigh.

Not sure if you knew this (shameless shill here) but I run the largest cycling website in the world. :D (which is why I'm always on the computer :( )

You should link said build thread since my fat fingers suck at navigation on this site. Then I'll stop bugging you and just admire your shit in quiet.
