    Between shipping both ways and all of my upgrade's I spent quite a bit. (~$900 ) :eek: Worth it to me though, 2012 OEM lights are expensive and hard to come by used if you screw one up attempting the retro. His work is on par with OEM quality.

    If I bought parts alone I was going to spend $585 + shipping from TRS.

    He also has the bowls etc.. sprayed by a body guy. (Not rattle can)

    ~900 is with shipping back and forth to California.

    Not really a bad deal at all for a retrofit service eliminating the possibility of you destroying $600 worth of OEM lights + your new parts. :D I pretty much got the "loaded" FXR set up, you can go budget and go with different parts and still have him do it.

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    Haven't seen your beast over on LC. I see a white one ever once in awhile with an all pro bumper remote res fox fronts, dsm arms and some other goodies. Never seem to find the owner.

    This...ive already done the bhlm so taking them apart is no big deal...the retro kit is simple to install and painting the bowls is easy..ill spend the 250-300 and do myself...if I can ever stop playing with new toy :cool:

    You must be referring to the Mini projectors,not the FXR's which require cutting because they are full sized HID projectors.

    Yes, agreed it is a lot. Gotta pay to play lol. Once you have a car with a decent set of HID's you'll realize the cost is worth it. :cool: Do some reading on hidplanet.com and you'll be sick at the amount of money these guys spend on HID set ups.

    OOOOOR you can do what wild says and drop some HID's in your Halogen projectors. :eek:
