    neglect, mostly.
    i think i saw a TW stickered truck today on state campus. could have sworn it had the sticker on the driver lower front corner, windshield. was a black 2nd gen, lifted i think too. had a big marines emblem on the back glass. met him on Pullen Drive. any of you? think ive met about all of the State guys that post semi regularly, but maybe he'll see this if he's a member.
