Fog Lights on with just the parking lights ???

Just got my fog light kit in the mail today. Looking at the instructions now. There is a card included that says they only work with the low beams on, is there a MOD to make them work with just the day-time lights ??? If so, I would like to do it now as I am putting them in. Thanks in advance.
