And people wonder why people don't want to use USPS.

 

Being home during the day, I have come to realize that UPS or FedEx only knock if they need a signature. Even then, they might just leave it and "fake sign". The USPS? Eh. They just drop whatever and go on about their deliveries.

 

Too bad you didn't have our USPS driver. He's had restraining orders on him by others so he gets moved around. We had him elsewhere (he's our carrier again) when we watched him put a note in our mailbox. It said we weren't home and to go to the post office to pick up our package. We were watching him put the note in the friggin mailbox! He's a lazy bastard.

 

ours would sign for our packages, in my name. it was great.

 

I've had a FedEx delivery person check the package as delivered on her pda and not deliver it. I called into FedEx since I was at home waiting for the package, and the customer service rep said it was weird. Further checking revealed that she was busy and was going to redeliver the next day but didn't want to get in trouble for not finishing her route.

Needless to say, I got that package that day, but it was later like 7:30pm.

 

I'm working Tuesday. Maybe next Monday or this Friday?

 

You did NOT receive the item and as far as it looks to me, it was not delivered. From the point that it was in their hands they are responsible for delivering it. Is there proof that it was delivered? I would be over there talking to a manager. And bring a picture of the note on your door.

 

Kill em all. I had it happen once too. Didn't notice it was 'delivered' until a week later and the package was long gone and I didn't get reimbursed. Luckily it was a smaller package.

X2. Kings canyon is gorgeous. I worked at a summer camp up there. TONS of trails to mess around on.

 

I'm working this Friday. I'll see if I'm free Monday.

Edit: nevermind. I have to take to my dog to the vet at 3 next Monday
