7/20 or 7/21 outing anyone?

Yea when they sound like your truck is falling apart!

Just from the perspective that I was there this past weekend, and a month ago as well, personally I'd like to go somewhere other than Butcher. Superior sounds good to me, since it's not as far as Flag or Tucson. According to the book, 'Intermediate' trails in that area are Walnut Canyon, Box Canyon, Coke Ovens, and Gila River Loop. Not sure if any of those are what Milota95 was talking about?

 

I may be down for something if its prerunner friendly

 

I think walnut canyon should be, thats my vote. Updated OP

 

I'd go but my coilovers need a re-build......the pot hole litter streets are beeting me up!

 

Stock Prerunner with a/t's here that is interested for Saturday.

Awesome! Have you been out to Walnut before or know any prerunners that have? I think it should be fine but have no experience there

 

My front end is jacked up, needs a lot of going through, inspection, ect. If I gas it on the street things clunk and shift... something is up lol.

We did the Montana one awhile back. That was the first TW run I went on. Not sure if it changed but no chance at getting a prerunner through there when we went

Holy shit!! My first run and first time meeting all you guys! Look how noob I was! Hahaha. Still had dealer plates and all.

We need a time and meeting place! This thread is worthless without a time and meeting place! Just kidding, but still, we need this info.

Looks like fun. From looking at the topography, there is not much elevation change.

 

There was actually. We had trouble and kept having to stop to pull up the 2wd's. Lots of creek/river bed crossings with ascents and decents into and out of. Some narrow switch back areas. Loose gravel rock. Etc

 

More info on walnut canyon (Battleaxe) - updated OP. If anyone has any issues with time or any other suggestions keep me posted.
