    Thanks for the welcome!
Probably simple mod stuff for you guys. I want anytime diff locker and fog lights, Road Armor bumpers, cb install, and figure out the suspension on this truck. The front is very stiff. Long term plan = straight axle.

First up is new tires, looking for advise on a 37-12.5-17's for a mostly street driven truck. These Iroks suck on the road, I'd like to step down to 35's, but the gearing would suck at freeway speeds. Looking at Nitto Terra Grapplers, or if I do go mud terrain, KM2's?

Do any of know how to tell if the truck has traction control or not? I don't have the disable button on my dash, but the blank has the wiring plugged into it. Can I simply buy the switch and install it? Do I not have traction control at all? The latter being preferred.

I am going to step out on a limb here and say you have a 2wd truck, manual transmission. My inlaws have an 08 DCSB 2wd v6 automatic, which also has the rear dif locker factory. I don't believe those come available on 4wd, and I am also pretty sure that it is running a LSD until you lock it by pushing the button. It does help out when launching to lock that diff. With the LSD, you don't have traction control.

The blank is possibly for downhill assist, a semi rare option for that year. It could also be for LSD, which Toyota prewires even if your trim doesn't have LSD.
Putting in a switch will do nothing, since on the other end of the wires there is nothing.
Fun fact, on some FJCs without TRAC, you could buy the switch and gain it back. However, that's the only instance I've heard of "only needing to add a switch".

From the picture, you can't tell. PreRunners have diff locks, but so do the TRD O/R, which is 4x4 (I know because I have an '08 TRD O/R with 4x4 and a diff lock, hehe).
The LSD only came on TRD Sport. It started as a mech LSD and switched to electronic somewhere around '09 I think? In something like 2012, LSD was made standard on at least the TRD trims (making the Sport package nothing more than color matching trim, nice seats and a scoop), but I'm a bit fuzzy here.
With the latest years, the TRD O/R has TRAC, ATRAC, VSC, HAC, DAC, and the LSD comes on all trims.

My 11 is 4x4 but in 2wd, I can hit traction control button and it activates automatic LSD. When switching into 4x4, it turns off LSD. I have heard though that if I hold the button down when shifting to 4x4, it will keep traction control off with auto LSD on.

It is a 4x4 TRD off road, sorry for the lack of info.
Thanks for the review on the Road Armor bumpers. I have not seen them in person, but really like how they look.

It applies for all versions, simply subtract out the buttons you don't have. In other words, you have 2WD, 4HI, 4LO, and 4LO + RR DIFF LOCK. Life is easy!

Snows supposed to fly in the mountains this weekend. Anyone want to get the first snow run of the year in?

What size tubing? I can occasionally come up with a large size conduit bender through my work to bend up to 4" thin wall.
