And did you do anything the doc said to do before??? Plus the stop smoking??

From what you've stated NO - so first thing, start eating a better diet, and get on a DECENT sleep schedule, and start exercising.

If you aren't going to follow the doc's orders, don't come on here asking for help - are you even going to follow it anyway??? Or are you just looking for an easy fix so you can keep up with your crappy habits?

The doctor STILL didnt tell me my WBC count. But he said it was better than before. He didnt prescribe me antibiotics or anything, he just said, keep doing what your doing and take vitamins and drink alot of orange juice to strengthen up my immune system. so i guess thats it to that and my problems will go away soon. Thanks to all the people that took their time to help me on this one. If it werent for you guys, i wouldnt of gone to the doctor. good news, I didnt get any shots :D

I though people were telling you left and right to go to the doctor, and quit smoking but you ignored everything. It was nto until you Mom told you to go that you went.

I think that is a safe bet.
