Grill is painted and clear coated.

Raptor letters and mesh are ordered. $66 for raptor letters killed me :banghead:

Moar parts will be ordered when I get back from vacation. :spy:

started looking around at skids to aid in coming up with plans for mine. IFS is pretty generic, not much you can change in design there. Trans and T-case can change up a lot though. I like the all-pro trans skid, small but covers whats important. T-case I'm not entirely sure. I guess that depends on what I do for the trans because more than likely I will have those two as one piece.

A 2nd gen version of what Adam did here for trans http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/off-roading-trails/262726-homemade-skid-plates.html#post6503549

Could do a guard type skid for t-case like this 9119d1150525022-4th-gen-transfer-case-sk_100915b45c03882a97c990167c024238fdfc049c.jpg

Or what Silas did here for trans/t-case (again a 2nd gen version) http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/off-roading-trails/262726-homemade-skid-plates-2.html#post6756891

Kinda like the smaller skids that protect what need protecting and not having lots of steel protecting open space or things that don't really need to be protected because they don't matter (i.e. cats). All of them would be reinforced with angle or something like that.

Don't do the guard type skid, you want to be able to pivot the weight of the truck on the skid and that won't cut it.
