    fyi, both the maxxis and bfg are 33.3" tall. i cant say i would run a bfg again as i had way to many sidewall issues on the rocks.

    Update on the truck....finally hauled it to our shop and I replaced the seal again. This time I made sure to not press it in as far as I did last time. As of earlier today when I left, it wasn't leaking any new oil. It looked to be leaking some old oil though. It was very dark and not the color of the fresh stuff. I took it for a test drive and I think I may have bent the rotor dust shield, but I wasn't positive and I ran out of time to troubleshoot the problem. Hopefully I'll get it totally fixed soon!

    Dang man that sucks. Btw my ring thing is bent to shit too, but kinda eyeball bent it back in place. Seems to be fine...

    ALSO I have had to reseat axles THREE times for not sealing quite right on install... I would explain why I've removed and installed cv's on that many occasions to begin with but it would take too long :)

    But having to put it out and do it again has made me confident that I can do a trail replacement.

    Oh man, the second time around I had the CV out and reinstalled in a fraction of the time it took me the first time. The hardest part for me is removing the dust cap off the hub to get to the axle nut. I boogered it up a little, but it seems to still seal up well enough to keep it.

    Didnt BFG and JEEP make a contract to keep the KM1 in buisness? (In that particular size)

    That is Fantastic to hear! Im interested all over again! I loved my BFG KM1 33x10.50r15s. They never gave me any issues; however they never saw rocks either.

    Happens to all of us. I even missed that you said ST MAXXS lol

    I am very curious about that size tire. I wonder if it will be a large 34 like the 255/85s are large 33s or it it will be a small 34, like the 33x10.5s are small 33s.

    I am hoping the BFG follows thru with a 2nd gen KM2 in that size.

    That would be awesome. I just dont know if I like the KO2 yet or not. I know I'm not buying a set this go round. I hope they come out with a size similar to that in a MT, or maybe a competitor will come out with a similar size.

    :anonymous: Umm... I own a 4runner now... so maybe just a body mount chop..... and.. stuff... Idk cant find anyone else running tall and skinny on a 4th gen so ill test it..
