I wanted to get some feedback from those who use their softtop year round, specifically in the northeast or areas that get snow.

Will the softtop stand up to winters? Say if you were to get standing snow sitting on it? Are the bars sturdy enough to support heavy wet snow?

I'm interested in a softtop for the versatility, and can toss my hockey equipment in the bed during winter, travel with baggage in the back, etc while being able to pull it down at any time. I'm just not thrilled with the thought of a hard cap to accomplish what I need.

Does anyone have any input on whether it would be wise to use a softtop during winter? Anyone have any experiences with it? Any input is appreciated

I have a softop supertop and I used a few winters ago and it held up just fine. Now I havent had a foot of snow on it but they are pretty sturdy to be honest with you. If you lived closer to me I'd sell you mine cause I dont use it anymore since I pack my dirt bike around a lot.

Good point. Like I said my supertop was pretty darn sturdy but it is vinyl so it does have its limitations.

I'm pretty sure shipping would cost an arm and a leg cause its a pretty bug unit.
