More to come!
Just got a lift on my 2015 double cab short bed yesterday. I put 5100's all the way around with OME 884's and Icon's progressive AAL in back with the overload left in and Pro Comp wheels with Nitto Terra Grappler 265/75/16's. It looks great and rides great however, when I make a sharp left turn either going forward or in reverse there is a sharp pop that comes from the front drivers side wheel well area. It only pops once or twice then stops on its own or because I've straghtened the wheel out. Any idea what this may be? Is this cause for immediate concern? Going to bring it back to have it looked at but don't feel like dropping another few hundred dollars the day after I got the lift installed. Thanks for your input!

Welcome to the world of modified suspension. Be prepared to take on these types of things yourself and you'll learn things and save $$$ along the way.

I would try re-torquing the LCA/alignment bolts first.

Maybe read through this mess of of a thread. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/367723-front-end-noise.html

Lot's of lifted taco's dealing with the same noise. I tend to think it's CV bind and some, myself included just live with it.

Simple fix... I took the mud flaps off, no more noise. Keep It Simple Stupid, KISS.

I got about 2" of lift overall and I'm happy I left the overload in otherwise the nose would be higher. It looks awesome! Just a little bit, maybe 3/4" of rake and rides smooth as butter!

None that I'm aware of but I've only had the lift kit installed for three days...

Reverse the forward clamp thru bolt on the tank side. Bolt head facing fuel tank and it's fine

love the truck, it was a tough choice between pyrite mica or white for me. pyrite mica just didn't seem right for a TRD sport IMO and i couldn't pass on the stormtrooper look.

Anyway, is it the picture or is the caster very negative? i have 32" tires with out lift (255/75R17) and i'm nowhere near as close to the rear of the wheel well as what i'm seeing in your photo. I know your getting an alignment soon, i'm just curious?

Caster is about -0.3 to -0.5. Toe and camber are good. Getting alignment checked again when I get the 5,000 mile service done. They claimed they couldn't zero out the caster because of the coil springs...

Looks really close to me, but i'm sure it's just the angle of the pic and looks like the wheels may be turned a bit as well.

Hows the handling, did it get twitchy with the lift or does it for the most part feel about the same?

Rides excellent! I'm very happy with it and the wheels were turned just a little bit. Everything seems to work fine, the four wheel drive included. No noises, vibrations or anything like that. I wanted magnetic gray but there weren't any on the lot so I saw the pyrite mica and chose that because when the lighting is correct it has a very military look to it especially now I've blacked out all the badges and chrome. And being former military it's right up my alley. I would have chosen OD green if that were and option.
