I got all excited when it said channel island, thought it was in Oxnard somewhere lol. U.S. I may have to make a venture up there, that track looks sick! Nice and big to really open up the speed!

Fuck I need my real truck back :pout:

Does anyone have 3' axle shims they need to unload? Otherwise, is there a TW discount or anything?

Ever since I had my rear springs re-arced, I've had vibe. DTF up north moved my CB when it was all done, and I've had vibes ever since. I tried the CB drop - no dice. Might as well try a $40 fix.

I hear that! My Carrier Bearing(Center Support Bearing) was shot and I was getting all kinds of vibrations at high speeds so I took the Driveshaft off and took it to Coast Driveline & Gear. They replaced 3 u-joints, my carrier bearing, flipped part of the driveshaft, and rebalanced it. When I bolted it back up, I get vibes anytime I drive faster 20mph.

Now I'm contemplating Shims and probably going to take it to a shop to have them have a quick look.
Here is a thread that I found helpful to understand what might be going on: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/driveline-vibration-need-help.370971/

Been super tempted to get back into RC.

Was way into it back in the day and did a couple races out at the camarillo track like 8 years ago or so.

I have to agree with Chris on this one. Having had a All Manual 2004 4WD Tacoma with the SR5 & TRD Package as my previous truck, I know the Blue Book Value of these vehicles and how difficult they are to come by(especially in very good condition). The asking price is way too high....and more so for an automatic.

My 2007 with fewer miles and in good shape had a blue book value of 17000 when I bought it.

That 1st gen, being an 04 v6 auto trd 4x4 with only 64k miles will sell for probably right around that price.... 1st gen used prices are INSANE.
