OME 90000s+887s, LR UCAs. AllPro Expos + 5100. KM Fab hybrid sliders w/kickout. KM Fab bed rack. 48" hi-lift. 16" FJ Trail Team wheels. 285/75/16 Hankook Dynapro ATMs. Magnaflow cat-back. Welp...I need to (embarrassingly) report back just in case this happens to anyone else. I mounted my 887's upside down. That's why they didn't sit well in the seat, and also why the rubber lip didn't fit on the inside of the coils. Maybe that's why I couldn't get my alignment in check? Anywhoo I swapped the 5100's for Nitrocharger 90000s and couldnt be happier. Went back to Pep Boys for my "free" alignment and got everything where I need it. I wish the caster numbers were flipped for road crown but other than that, I'm very happy. 33" KO2's on the way!

EDIT: Caster position on the UCAs are both D with SPC facing the tires.

Just got my 285's on at Discount Tire. I went with Hankook Dynapro ATMs...great looking tire and have read some solid reviews on them. Happy to report that there is no rubbing on city streets with the alignment numbers two posts up. Also for quick reference, I have the FJ Trail Team wheels with (i think) 4.5" of backspacing. Some people say 5" or 4.8". Looking forward to stuffing the wheel wells and seeing how bad it is!:mudding:

Sorry-OME Nitrocharger sport 90000s with 887s, no top plate spacer. Wheelers 1.5" AAL in the rear, with the overload, without the TSB done. I am dead level.

Without tab? Meaning with aal and overload you have 4 leafs? What are the inch measurements from floor to top of your front and rear fenders? Just wondering.
    :threadjacked: Sorry

Stock leafs without the tsb is 3 leafs and the AAL is 3 more. 23.5" front and rear from the center of the hub

Anyone have suggestions for uca and alignment settings for these at a close to stock height. I have some ex travel icons that I am rebuilding and will have them and the LR ucas on before any rear lift goes on.

I'd start at neutral "D" position and see where you are at for wheel centering / steering feel, then adjust from there if needed to get it liveable prior to final alignment

You should measure from the center of the hub to the fender like I did, its a more consistent measurement.

Finally found an alignment specialist that was willing to work with the adjustable UCAs from Icon. He moved the lower control arm as far forward as possible then adjusted uppers back over them then tuned from there. Got decent caster too! Tons of space between the flaps and the wheel. NO MORE RUB! I mean NONE! ZILCH! Complete clearance!

I thought the torque spec was highee than 85 ft lbs. I think the oem spec is 100+

It's 85 ft lbs And with the weight of the truck on the wheels there's not much room to swing a torque wrench in there. But it's doable

I'm gonna double check my sheets real quick.

Edit: from the torque spec guide here https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-torque-spec-guide.318116/

    I think you're correct, but the first number is 115. I think that's N*m

I went to the alignment specialist today. Told him I wanted the caster maxed out on the LCA and then move the UCA Ball Joint to line it up and then make adjustments from there. He maxed out the lower control arm but call me crazy, it looks like he pushed the UCA in the opposite direction. I'm still rubbing, but not as bad, I had just never seen the ball joint on anybody else's rig set in any other position besides "D" or "E" and it looks like mine is on "G". Here's a pic of the drivers side:

I'm just trying to make sure he didn't do anything really uncommon. It doesn't make sense to me to move the LCA forward and then back up the UCA if I was trying to get the whole shebang moved forward. I may not have been looking long enough, but I don't know that I've ever seen anyones ball joint on this setting.
