Are your rear headlight seals still in place with the HID bulbs? They seal the back of the bulb into the headlight. Are you sure it isn't just the common cheap HID bulb failure?

Have you converted to projector housings? If you are running HIDs in OEM housings you are blinding everyone with the scatter from the improper optics of your HIDs in your halogen reflector housings.

I don't mean cheap as a diss, OEM quality HIDs cost $1000-2000 for the setup. The OEM quality gear will outlast the life of the automobile. Chinese 'retrofits' are in the lower $100s. Most people go for the cheap Chinese stuff. There are several that have problems of those bulbs going out, or blasts failing.

Why do you think it is condensation related?

Again HIDs in the stock housings is a bad idea. To do it correctly they should be in a projector housing. Take a quick look at this thread:

So for my hid to work correctly I need to get projector headlights?

For your lights to focus correctly, yes. If you are not using halogen you need a projector. Look at the pictures on this page of those running with reflectors vs projectors. The projectors have the clear cut off with crisp focus and the stock reflectors have no pattern at all:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/led-headlights.394322/page-3

However, that won't help your condensation issue. If anything doing the retrofit to a projector is more likely to introduce condensation as you need to break the headlight seals to do it, which is part of the reason I asked.

I personally prefer high power 85w H4s in stock housings with standalone harnesses like I mention in both threads for the best optics and lighting power, with good reliability.

To get condensation out I guess I have to remove the headlight and dry it out?

Maybe on a low humidity day, remove the seal, pop the hood and turn on the lights to try to heat the vapor out. I'd expect the hot air to vent out the hole carrying the moisture with it. Then later after it has cooled replace the seal. Sounds good in theory anyway.

Try silica packs first. Throw a couple in there
