    There's another one on Amazon that shows up for toyotas...it doesn't have the cover, it DOES NOT fit. Found out the hard way.

    Looks like this is for the larger switches, but there are tons if you search Amazon for "USB outlet Toyota" or something.

    Also found this one with a built in volt meter. It's for the bigger switch openings, but I bet you could find one for the small ones if you kept searching

    I'm planning to remove one of the two 12 volt sockets and replace it with a Blue Sea dual USB. Might not be a direct replacement, but I bet I can make it fit without any cutting. I already have one that I'm going to put in the bed, and the rectangular face plate with the two screw holes is optional.
