I can only think of six on the top of my head.

    One for the front U-Joint
    One for the rear U-Joint
    One for the Slip Joint
    Three for the Double Carden

Don't miss the third in the double carden, it's pretty well hidden down in the center.

You would have to look up the legal limit in your state. And that's as dark as you can go legally

Why do you care so much? It ain't your truck, it's not dangerous or going to ruin the truck. Sure it isn't as good as a good professional paint job but if it works for him that's all that matters.

I've done a mod or two
Looks like you did a really nice job! I have played around with getting one for the cold weather but my truck doesn't have any other power features for it to control so it'd be a bit of a waste for me. I like that you loomed everything and made sure the fuses can be accessed easily.

Noticed I got a little chirp under the hood at idle that seems to go away after driving for a while. Belt or pulley? The belts have about 20k on them. I was planning on changing them around 30k.

Nope. I boxed them in with 1/4 steel. So they took a beating when I was taking them out. I have scrap here and I'm going to keep it simple.
