Good day. I am looking to upgrade the stock head unit in my '14 Access Cab. Has back up camera, XM radio, no NAV and not a deluxe system......
So--- is anyone aware of a Pioneer replacement, that will be the easiest to swap out, and still maintain: camera, steering wheel controls, BT and the like??
I really need to upgrade from stocker....some recordings require volume setting to be at MAX, and still not enough !!!
What model Pioneer will do all???

I installed a Pioneer AVH-X5600BHS (no longer available) from Crutchfield and added the AVIC-U260 navigation. It's not their top-of-the-line deck but it was within my budget. I used the Axxess ASWC-1 adapter to successfully keep the steering wheel controls and added an after-market backup camera in the process. All in all the deck has a few quirks (like a clock that gains time and an annoying pop-up message if it can't connect via Bluetooth to your phone) but I like it. I've had good luck with Pioneer units in previous vehicles, I expect this one will last a while.

I had the same volume issues with my 2015. I kept the stock head unit and added an Alpine KTP-445U amp. I didn't want to add unnecessary wiring for the camera, controls, XM, etc. Volume for me is now fixed, and with upgraded rear speakers the system sounds ok for now. Still looking to upgrade the fronts...
