Picked up a used AVEC 30" light bar with wiring harness (relay, fuse, etc., but no switch). I'd really like to wire it into my factory fog light switch.

I've trolled around here and google looking for the right wiring advice. I found some that turned out to be wrong.
    :annoyed:

The loom I have has three wires for the switch, white, blue, and black. Near as I can tell, white is battery positive, black is battery negative/ground, and blue... triggers the relay? Maybe??

Anyway, when I connect the blue and white, the light comes on. Connecting any other combination doesn't do anything. (Well... white to black sparks, but, duh...)

Based on other posts, I was going to put white on the 1st pole, and blue on the 2nd pole, but touching white to the first pole blew the fuse.

    Help!

Here's the other posts I mentioned.
