    Yeah...that's ridiculous. I'm paying $225/month for two vehicles. Rate has been the same since I was 21 or so. Actually goes down when I get new vehicles (age maybe?).

    Once you turn 26 it goes down. You are out of the "high insurance risk" age bracket.

    Funny how that works. When you are geezer status you pay very little yet they are as dangerous, if not more, than most 16-25 year old drivers

    Remember that although you both have "full coverage" rates can vary greatly when you get into coverages (10/20 compared to 100/300), optional medpay coverage, optional rental car coverage, etc.

    Yes but other than changing your coverage amount the rest only changes your rate by a few dollars, not a couple hundred dollars. I carry 50/100 which I'd say is adequate for a $35k truck.

    50/100 doesn't have anything to do with your taco. Thats personal body insurance. After 100k your on the hook personally. That's not much coverage for a serious accident.
