How to Vid on AAL?

    Looking to do my rear today. AAL from Headstrong. Anyone have a link to a how to Vid?

    You do it by yourself? How difficult? I am hoping the rear is a breeze, the fronts kicked my ass last night lol

    Yup, did it by myself. The rear was substantially easier than the front. Did both by myself. Front was a full day of my life fighting some bolts that didn't want to let go. Rear took me about 4 hours total. I used 2 C-clamps and a screwdriver in the centering hole so the springs didn't go all over the place. That seems to be everyones biggest headache so don't let them go too far apart after you unbolt them.
