Just bought 95 Tacoma single cab 4x4 4cyl! Frame is clean has 67k on it. The only problem is with the rear leafs springs on both sides are broke. I want to order new springs and level out the front end . When I order springs do I just order stock replacements or 2.5 lift or 3?

Are you planning on lifting the truck? It's a 4 cylinder, so be aware that bigger tires (if you plan to do so) will definitely effect power and mpg's. I say order the stock springs or upgrade to Dakars. You'll have to remove a leaf or two from them, but they're much more durable compared to OEM. Your budget also plays a role in what you're wanting to achieve.

I'd like to put a small lift on it run 32s or 33s. I can't find any 2.5 to 3 inch lifts with rear springs.

You can rebuild the leaf packs yourself if you have the mechanical know how. Here's a link: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tacoma-spring-refurbishing.194386/

Once you replace the broken leafs, then you can focus on the lift. Blocks are going to be your cheapest solution for the rear. I don't recommend going over 3" though in size. (Axle wrap becomes apparent) You can add new coils to the front or a install a preload spacer. I don't recommend the on top coil spacer, but if that's all you can afford...
