I have a 4.0 auto trdor and the today the shifting feels off, it's jerky and keeps makes popping noises even under very light acceleration. Any ideas?

06 180k miles, never done this before

You sure it's the transmission? Any fluid leakage? I'm curious to know what the popping noise is.

Hardly, up front it's 1 inch because the bumper makes it sag, the rear is 2 inches

Seems like you shouldn't need it with only a few inches lift. Kinda weird that you're eating u-joints though

I'm only on this suspension until the end of the year, then probably
i grease them, some just take the grease better than others. The once that have been replaced are 10X easier to grease
