I have an 08 taco that has been leveled. Today I installed my hitchrack to carry my bikes (90ish lbs loaded). Doesnt sound like much but the weight is 5ft behind the rear axle. This caused my rear to sag enough to visually see the front was higher. In a few weeks, I will have an ARE Overland topper installed which will add another 200ish (?)lbs. What is the best way for me to retain my front height and bring the rear up?

Eta I will be using this truck to travel to bike races and rides so, it will carry some heavier loads a few times a year.

Do you ever plan to off road? Firestone airbags are a great solution for the rear.

I will be doing some light offloading but nothing that warrants having bumpers, winches, etc.

What's your budget? I notice you're leveled, so is your front lifted up with nothing done to the rear?

The front has spacers. I have thought about going from the stock Bilsteins to the 5100s and coils.

I just don't want to go more than 2-2.5 inches total. <$1000

If you want an end all be all, a full OME set up with dakars in the rear would solve all problems. 884 coils in the front would lift you about 2". It's not cheap though, so if you don't want to spend this much, I'll point you in the direction of other options.

I have seen that set up and it seems to be a popular one. The funds aren't gonna be there to make this happen anytime soon though.
There is a thread going with Dobinsons. He lists some medium load springs that look appealing. Do you know anything about those?

Nope, never heard of that. A less expensive option is sumo springs.
