Hey guys, as the title suggests, I'm wanting to install onboard air here sometime in the future. I've never setup a system before and I'd like to know what all I need. I'd like to put a chuck on the bumper for a quick release. I'd like to have a compressor and tank under the truck somewhere if possible. I know how to wire it so that won't be a problem. Basically just wondering what all I'd need. Thank you in advance!

It seems a popular choice but I won't be putting a QR chuck on the bumper, maybe up high inside the bed near the tail gate or even facing the back in a cubby since the gate is most likely down if I'm using it. I'm sure everyone has their reasons but my suspension is bagged and I don't want that at risk from someone following too closely. I suppose if you also put a valve on that airline it would be ok but I'd want it as close to the air source as possible. I guess it depends on what part of the system carries the highest priority. Like with fuses, you put them upstream of what they protect.
