    The folddown tray in the kitchen folds up inside and locks down. Coupled with having my propane on the back for tailgate cooking the kitchen is one of my favorite features.

    I do need to seal up the tailgate itself to limit the amount of dust. But with my platform all the dust that does get in stays underneath.

    I'm 5'9" and sleeping diagonally with my head on the driver side and I fit perfectly. With my girl at 5'2" it's fine as well.

    Yes the vent was painted but when open it's great for star viewing.

    I've got the Boss 2.0 w/ Dakar lift and 275's and total height is just inter 7' I think. Need to measure to be exact.

    The security screens are rivited in. Not sure any need to remove them.

    Hasn't been too cold yet but come winter I'll let you know.

    Zero water leaks!

    These shells run between 2k to 5k depending on options. You really should contact the company for a quote. They are very helpful.

    Nice looking shell, I see you went with a narrower rear door as well. For some reason when I described it to Maria she said they didn’t build them like that. Turned out good except the door hangs down a bit too far and the tailgate keeps it from closing easily sometimes.

    The rear door was a custom design they did for me. I absolutely love having the propane there for cooking on the tailgate. (Doing some roadside breakfast before surf fishing)IMG_6799.jpg

    Mine closes tight too but I prefer it that way to keep dust out.

    That's an awesome camper shell. Looks great.
    I've toyed with the idea of getting a commercial topper like that off of CL, and doing some customizations similar to what you have (kitchen in the side window/storage, windoor on the passenger side, vent, etc.). I have a ladder rack on my truck now, and I'm thinking of doing some kind of removable skin/panel for it.

    I'm stoked on how mine came out. Not having to set anything up or take anything down is great. Also being able to "stealth" camp is an added bonus. The vent is key and so happy Tradesman suggested it. And the kitchen in the tool box is clutch.

    Post pics if you do the removable skin/panel on your ladder rack. It's a good idea!
