Thankfully the alignment shop had em right.

This clunking/rattling (i honestly dont even know how to describe it anymore) has been going on since i swapped my coilovers and UCA's and first alignment beginning of this year. I just cant figure whats going on with it. Hate hearing these sounds every time im out wheeling.

Just ordered the bushings though, hopefully it solves my problem. If not Ill just chalk it up to preventative maintenance

So the clunking and rattling is gone on that side. But now im getting a clunking popping coming from the driver side cab mount (the one under my feet). Going to recheck everything tonight when i get off work

Might be your brake calipers. I’ve got what I’d also call an audible “clunk” or “pop” sound from the front left when hitting bumps or going in reverse, that I can FEEL, and I’ve checked the LCA torque and whatnot and no dice. Apparently you can buy an OEM brake retention type spring to lessen the issue if it is in fact the caliper noise.

    Discussed here, worth a shot:

I'm debating if I want to do the full set now or just the radiator core support

If you do the cab mounts, your ride will be rougher. Or so i hear

Already rides like ass so no biggie there. I ordered just the radiator mounts for now though :)

Hoping I can wait on cab mounts a while, that job sounds like a pain

I had no issues with ride quality.

The lesson learned I had was in a double cab pull both rear seats at the beginning and don't reinstall untill you've done both aft cab mounts. I did driver's side, put it back together then realized that to pull passenger side the driver's needs to come out.

Easy job, did it alone with the rework in about 2 hours.

I never pulled any seats. In the rear, just the storage bins.

Accomplished this today. Pretty straight forward, but thanks for posting the info.
