    Shoot, link is still dead.
Was hoping to get the full kit like presented in this post. I checked out the other link Fredgoodsell posted and it seems more pieced together.
    Rats.

That's pretty legit! Didn't even know you could do that. Call me old fashion, but i do like a switch. This is very cool though.

The use of existing hardware helps to make room for more buttons ;)

Will the front camera mod work with the non-upgraded head unit. The cheaper one that is touch screen but still has buttons around it.

I'm still looking for a DPDT switch that fits into the right hand side blank - if anyone has found one.

I got a (DPDT) toggle - but it doesn't fit into the hole cover. It's too big.

Sure would be nice to clean it up...

Do you mean the small square shaped switches in the center console? If so, I have not, the closest solution I have been able to come up with, is to use a traditional SPST pushbutton controlling a 5 pin automotive relay, and use the N.O. and N.C. pins on the relay. Full transparency, this set up is normally used to control on /off power to some device, i.e. light "A" and light "B" .

I got a cali rasied cubby panel and filed the hole a little bigger. I couldn't find one that fit the standard tall slots.

I just installed this today and it works pretty good. Did you try to hook up a third camera? It looks like it should work.

Dope! Glad you like as well. I know there's other methods out there for this mod but this is by far the easiest and simplest one. Not yet...I know the other lead is a 6v and alot of available camera's need a 12v. I was thinking just tape the 12v lead from the front lead for power and plug in another camera and yes it should work.
