My goal is to tap in to the power for the center console cubby 12V socket and run a dual USB socket for the rear passangers (in my case, two little dudes who like to keep Ipads charged up!)...My plan is to simply drill the center/rear area below the rear passanger cup holders and install the 1" Blue Sea Charger (4.8amp, always)

Tell me about the access to the guts of the existing 12v socket....looked by some searches, two bolts in the bottom of the console will allow me to pull the cubby unit towards the rear of the vehicle and perhaps I can access the wires from there? Just simply need enough access to tap the wires.

    Thank you in advance TW!

Do the 400w anytime mod, if not everything drops to 100w while in drive
