Ive noticed a noise that could be best described as sounding like noisy tires. Its not that as I have the tires on for some time and they are all season. The noise increases and decreases with speed. Ive taken it on a less traveled road, put it in neutral and shut the engine and coasted and its still there.
Since my hearing isn't great and with the radio on I couldn't hear it at first put with the windows rolled up and radio off I hear it clearly.
Any thoughts and thanks for any advise/help

    Maybe a wheel bearing?
Does the noise change when you are turning right or left?

Yes, It is easier to buy the whole a hub assembly.
I would change both inner and out dust seals while you are doing it.
A lot of people don’t, but it is good insurance for saving the new hub assembly.
The seals are what protect the bearings from water, dust, and dirt.

Here is good DIY a member here put together on replacing the Hub Assembly.

Here is a DIY and tip for installing the Dust Seals.

We have a member here at TW @05Taco4x4 who has the Hub Assembly.
So far, I have heard nothing but good reviews about his products.
Plus, he actually takes time to help us members here with questions at times.

Although your symptoms indicate a wheel bearing, check the front & rear diffs fluid. When they get low they will whine.

How many miles on your Taco?
